Which Intel and AMD proccessors will have VT/SVM extensions?

I want to use Xen to play around with different operating systems and software as well as being able to migrate operating systems from computer to computer while they are running...

But only certain operating systems support Xen without support from the hardware so I am waiting to upgrade my computers until the virtualization extensions come out for Intel and/or AMD proccessors.

So when are these proccessors coming out, or if they have come out which ones have support for these extensions?

 
I have no idea on the Intel side...for AMD I believe it's coming with Socket AM2, which should be "in a few months" (summer, I assume)...

Those guys should be quite a step up from what I am currently running. (2.0ghz Althon XP)
