Which integrated K8 chipset?

Hello!

I'm in search of a mobo with integrated graphics to minimise costs for a friend who's interested in purchasing a few computers for his small business, but things are a bit complicated. Since only tier-two manufacturers make chipsets with integrated graphics for the K8 architecture, there are few reviews/comparisons on the net to clear things up.
So I was wondering whether anyone can help me out a bit. Via's K8M800 and SiS 760GX are likely candidates... Any reasons to prefer either of them over the other?

Here goes a silly question. What overclocking headroom would you expect one such board to have when coupled with an AMD sempron 2800+ (1.6GHz) and decent low-cost memory. O/C is out of the question naturally taking under consideration the fact that these are meant to be business PCs but I just have to know. :)

Thank you for your time,
George

P.S. I'm seriously considering the option to recommend an Asrock m/b, the ones which are upgradeable to S939. Any reasons why I should avoid those, anyone?

Thanks for your reply!

Unfortunately I can't buy from newegg (I live in Greece) and the asus board retails at about 80 euros (!!) in my country so maybe the asrock SIS760GX based board is an option...

However, I forgot to mention, linux compatibility is a must! I'm not sure but I think I might have a little trouble getting mirage graphics to work under linux...

For Linux you should opt for a VIA chipset - simply because VIA cares about Linux support.
