Which insoles should I get?

Because my feet hurt after hiking a few hours with my Merrel hiking shoes, which are also very good.

no. They're garbage. Thats why I told you to stay away from Dr Scholls. I have some of their biz casual shoes right now with the gell insoles built in and theyre the most unforgiving, uncomfortable shoes I've ever owned. That gell has no cushion at all to it.
