If I understood it correctly (My case has a front (intake) and back (exhaust) 12cm fans, and a 9cm side fan):
The big-typhoon gets air from the side window and blows it onto the mobo, and from there the hot air should flow out through the front-back fans air "movement".
The Ninja however (the best solution for my case IMHO) will be placed in a way that it receives air from the front fan and run it through the heatsink and pips. From there it will
leave the case via the back fan. The side fan in this option will blow air onto the Ninja from above, cooling it further I guess.
What do you think, which option is better?
