Ok I have a MSI BX Master and an Iwill II. I have a cCo Celeron 633 that will do 1045mhz for about 20 minutes before a lock up. I have a Golden orb on it now and was going to get some Artic Silver for it but thought maybe I should just order a Alpha also. Best I can tell I have about 72mm of space between the CPU die and the 3rd dimm slot. I need to have the 3rd and 4th slot for 2 128meg dimms. Any suggestions on what I can buy to get this puppy cool enough to run at my 1045? $50 and under is the limit so water cooling is not an option.

Pep66 should be more than enough. With it's side-mounted fan, you may not lose any DIMM slots(might lose 1 under worst case scenario).

Thanks guys, that is what I was thinking also. Which fan should I get to get the most airflow? I don't really care of how much noise the fan makes as it will be hard to notice with the 14 other fans plus the PS fan in the case.

Even though you sound prepared for a loud fan, I would still recommend staying away from the Delta 38cfm fan. I too thought I could handle but it is somewhat unbearable. Do yourself a favor and either get the YS Tech 26/27cfm or the Sunon 23cfm fan. The Delta may get your 2 or 3F lower but it will proabably not make that much of a difference.

the YS Tech 27 cfm is a real good choice. not very much noise and it flows plenty of air. but if you must have the max get the 38 cfm Delta, but it is loud.
