Which higher end card is least likely to have coil whine?

I'm a little annoyed with coil whine of the past gen of GPUs after having used a few cards (R9 390, R9 Nano, GTX 960) with coil whine (different builds and power supplies, so it's not other parts or interaction of PSU and GPU). None of them were excessive - the Nano was borderline, though - but I have an open air case now and would like a card with zero whine.

Do any of the current AMD or Nvidia cards fit the bill? Looking at an RX 480, GTX 1070 or 1080 (possibly the Ti, but less likely to buy one).

My MSI Gaming X 480 8GB has zero coil whine. Actually my new ryzen system is almost silent untill it hits 50C and i have the fans set to crank up a bit, then its full throttle on the fans at 65C

I never knew these new cards had coil whine. Does the GTX 1060 have coil whine? That's the card I will be purchasing. An MSI though. I don't need a fire from EVGA. LOL
