Which High End Video Card

I'm looking for extremely high end video card, something like 2048x2048 or higher than 1600x1200 which I currently have under Appian graphics. I saw this oxygen card for 1600 bucks but it doesn't say how high the resolution is.

Any ideas ? Also my appian is pci so using 2 gets me four monitors. Could I plug in 2 oxygen and get 4 monitor output ?

Oxygen GVX420

Well, according to its specifications:
* Maximum virtual desktop resolution of 4096x1536 on dual analog displays and 3200x1200 on dual digital displays (monitor dependant)

It only has a 300MHz RAMDAC for each of its display though.

Also, its AGP with a PCI daughterboard, so no, you can't plug 2 of them in to get 4 monitor output

I'm afraid not. The bottom line is...as long as its an AGP card, you can't plug 2 of them in. You *might* be able to get an dual display AGP card along with a dual display PCI card working together somehow, but I have no experience in anything more than dual displays unfortunately.

3DLABS GVX1 is a very good high-end video card. you can put up to four GVX1s (if i remember right, maybe more?) into the system for four monitor outputs. they come in PCI and AGP versions.
