If you have the Intel heatsink that comes with the retail boxed cpus, I would stick with it, unless you want to get the thermalright, or a water cooled setup. My cpu also runs warm, up to 73c under load, when gaming. I don't worry about it, as long as the system is stable, and air circulation inside the case is good. Many boards don't report the correct temps. I also switched to a sparkle 12cm 300 watt power supply, and my cpu temps dropped about 6-8 degrees celcius. It's very quiet, heavy duty, and only $28 at newegg. I also use the stock Intel copper heatsink, and a zalman fan mate 1 rpm adjuster. My fan rpms are 2500 for a quiet running system. The temps only rose 2-3 degrees by lowering the rpms.
