Which heatsink fan should I get?

I am building a gaming machine, ABIT NF7-S, Athlon XP 2400+, and I plan to do some overclocking. I want good cooling, but noise is an important factor to me. I want something quiet. I live close enough to SVC.com, and they have the SK6+ for $10. So here is my thought:

SK6+ $10
TMD Fan Adapter for SK-6+ $5
70x15mm 30CFM / 33dBA YS-tech TMD 3-pin $10

I don't much about TMD fans, but that is what they recommended. That will cost about $25. Is that a good way to go? Or can I get something they sell that is as good, or better for that price? Thanks for your help....

I have been looking into geting a Vantec Aeroflow for my 2500+ that I will overclock. I have read good things on it and other members on here have said nothing but great things about it.

id drop the cash on a slk800 and then on some adjustable fan (the heatsink doesnt make any noise, so why not get a really good one...unless ur strapped for cash that is)

like thermaltake smartfan 2 or something...thats ok
or theres an enermax i think?

That will make a nice solution for the money and the TMD has a good noise to performance ratio IMO. Of course the AeroFlow mentioned can be had for less than 26$ shipped to your door

here It handles my 2500+@2.3ghz just fine so put it in the mix for that price range.

I went with the SK6+....

Pretty easy to setup.... attempting to overclock right now... we'll see how the SK6+ performs....

thanks for the suggestions!
