which headphones to get?

well my headphones broke so now I need new ones. I see 2 that I like but don't know which one I should get.

I'm not so thrilled about plugging in hf 2 by usb as well and normal jack, but if is better that the other one in your opinion, I wont die. also if not these 2 then what do you think I should get. I'm thinking of something in the 40 buck price range

I just got the PC150's about 2 weeks ago and I'm liking them so far. Mic works really well and the sound isn't too shabby at all. Not as good as the higher end Sennheiser's I have, but good enough for gaming.
