Which headphones do I get?

I'm sick of these crappy iPod headphones that came with my Mini, and I'm looking for some decent headphones at $100 or less, cheaper is better. Something really comfortable and small, preferably something that I can sleep with that won't fall out. I have no idea where to start, I do like the B&O A8 headphones, but I don't know good they are.

Any recommendations?

I do like the Shures, but reviews are saying that they are hard to put in the ear correctly. I remember I had a PITA with my $40 iPod In-Ears, can someone shed some light on that?

May not be as nice as Shure but for $25 they are a good deal; and I can sleep with then and neither worry about them falling out or being uncomfortable.

I use the MDR-EX71SLs. Amazon has them on sale for 29.71 or something. Not sure how much better they are than the 51's since I've never used those, but I figure $4 for a step up is a pretty good deal. You can get white versions to match your ipod, but they might cost a bit more (~$36)

I can't figure it out. But I bought the e3c instead of the e2c. It looks better.. and people say it's easier to put on.. For 2x the price.. I hope it does sound better though.. :)

Another vote for the MDR-EX71SLs.

the e3c will have a better highs and mids with less thump in the bass department.

the e2c is known for more thump in the bass department with recessed highs and mids.

so it really will depend on your music taste if that was a wise decsion.

Shure e2c's are great, so are the ex71s. For a budget of $100 I would recommend the e2c's. Might take a week to get used to putting them in, but after that it's a breeze. If you've had in ear phones before, then it will be even easier to adjust.

DON'T ge the B&O ones. I tried them in the store and they DID NOT SOUND GOOD. High's better but no bass and it was too 'tinny' sounding for my liking.

Another vote for the shure E2C

I recommend the 51's over the 71's becuse the length of the 51's cord are the a decent length, thus you don't need to add those stupid cord extensions like you do with the 71's. I originally purchased the 71's but took them back and got the 51's and I'm glad I did.
