Hi folks,
i don't know which one is better between E7K60 TRAVELSTAR 2.5" OR 7K60 TRAVELSTAR.
One seems designed for 24/7 while the other ????

Besides, is this a good upgrade?

My Amilo 8820D seems very slow, even the specs are ok..

Pentium 4 2.53ghz
512 ram
9000 ati mobility radeon

but 4200rpm 2mb Toshiba seems the problem. Plus overheating is really giving me headache.

I use the pc for video editing (uni work) and i cannot think to buy a new pc as got no money at present, for make my own. However, i done a sempron 2400 for my mum and seems to me is faster than mine.

I'll have to clean the fan and buy more memory which togheter with the new hdd is around £150. With the same money here ( England) I can buy a AMD64 3000+ plus a mobo.

I don't know what is best to do ..whats your opinion?

The E series is 'ruggedized'

I would buy a Socket 754 motherboard and processor if you have a home pc.

Yeah... that's for sure. I have a 3DLabs Wildcat Realizm 800 for Maya. That was 1,113.88 GBP
