Which hdd should I buy?

Hi

I want to buy a hdd for my PC (Desktop, Home)

I like WD black but it is expensive in my country.

WD Black 2TB 64MB WD2003FZEX ($150)

Which hdd should I buy?

WD Red NAS 2TB 64MB WD20EFRX ($100)
WD Blue 2TB 64MB WD20EZRZ ($75)

Will WD Red and WD Blue turn off automatically when they are idle?
How much is the difference of 5400 rpm and 7200 in games.

Both the red & blue are 5400RPM, and are pretty much the same speed.
The 7200 black drive will have faster access times.

As for difference, it depends on the game, if there is lots of I/O, you might notice it, if not, then it might take a few secs longer to load on the 5400 RPM drives (assuming the density is the same).

Usually, internal drives that aren't laptops don't spin down, unless the OS tells them to spin down.
