Which HD for video editing.

I have a Western digital 120 GB IDE and an external 160 GB firewire. Which one will be faster for my video editing and DVD creation?

Sort of depends on how your using them. Either should be good enough for DV/Mpeg-2 level stuff. You might want to run/find some benchmarks on both. HDTach is a good basic test. External is good if you ever plan on moving stuff around on other machines.

For what you need it for it really doesn't matter (unless you have a crappy FW enclosure which bogs down the external HDD).
