From the choices you've listed I would get the MSI TFIII. It uses a 7970 PCB and has a good track record as an excellent O/C'er. If it we're me though I would stretch the budget another 5 euro and get the Sapphire Vapor-X. Also has an upgraded PCB with higher grade components than reference with an exceptional cooler. It does take up slightly more than 2 slots though. If you don't have the mobo space then opt for the MSI.

I've read some less than stellar reviews of the Asus. Issues with the DL DVI connector not functioning and poorly fitted heatsink. It could have been issues with the review samples only, but it's still concerning to me.

TechPowerUp managed 1135/1635 (core/mem) with their review sample of the Vapor-X on stock voltage. This gave it a very real boost in performance putting it above stock 7970's and 680's in BF3. A game that nVidia benches real well in.

Edit: You could have problems crossfiring the Vapor-X as well. While it doesn't take up a full 3 slots, it does use more than 2. You'll need 3 slot spacing on your mobo to crossfire it.

Sapphire or MSI and you'll be happy. The TFIII is a treat of an overclocker, but I feel its held back by the TFIII cooler. The Vapor-X is also a treat of an overclocker, and the cooler handles itself very well.

If case scape is limited, MSI TF3 or Gigabyte Windforce 3x Cross-fire. The XFX version are loud and the cooler is lousy.

Currently the best deal on a 7950 in the UK, that I can find, is XFX 7950 DD £221 @ scan.

The XFX DD edition is a steaming pile of dog poo. I have one. Runs way to hot, fans are way to loud and overclock horribly. Well worth it to spend 20 or 30 more bucks on a quality card.

XFX and EVGA are mostly bought for the warranty (and brand name). I agree with everything you are saying. XFX coolers this generation are extremely disappointing.

MSI TF3 7950 / PowerColor PCS+ / Gigabyte Windforce 3x 7950 / Sapphire Dual-X 950mhz version, and Sapphire Vapor-X are all far superior options. For cross-fire, I think the thinner Gigabytes would do nicely as I saw a couple GTX670 Windforce 3x SLI and it still gets enough airflow. MSI TF3 7950 should also work well for cross-fire.

Here are 2 HD7950 roundups:
