Which hardware video editing card is the best for under $150?

Does anyone knows a good hardware based card for video editing on PC? Yes I do mean video capture.
Please give link and where to buy?

More details needed. The card does not actually do the video editing -- software does. I believe you are asking about "video capture". What are your video sources?

I can use Coaxial or S-Video.

Sounds like you need a analog capture card. I'm using an ATI TV Wonder with Win2K and it seems to work pretty well for basic capture tasks, but general consensus here is that this card sucks. Check out a product called Pinnacle Studio. They have a DV package for digital video capture and one (I can't remember the name) for analog capture. Includes all the hardware and software you need.
