Which Hard drive?

Im conflicted between about 5 different hard drives.

Anyone offer any input on any of these? Someone persuade me 🙂

Which are the good/popular reliable Model numbers?

WD 500GB AAKS - $60

WD 640GB AAKS - $70

WD BLACK 500GB 32MB cache - $70

WD BLACK 640GB 32MB cache - $85

Seagate 750GB - $80



Those are the black drives everyone keeps saying are good right? The question is, are they worth the extra $15 to get the black over the normal 500/640gb? Also, why does newegg show the black drives having a 3-year warranty, I thought they had five?





 
If +- 10MB/s or so isn't important to you, get the WD 640GB AAKS. Black is faster though, but as you can see, more expensive as well.
