Which hard Drive?

I might have a chance of getting a new hard drive so I want to be prepared if I do have that chance.
Im targeting less than $100CND and must be from

or

Choices:
1.250GB Maxtor® DiamondMax® 10 SATA2-300 7200RPM 16Mb OEM $94.99CND
2.Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB SATA NCQ 3.0Gb/s 16MB Cache (OEM) $99.00CND
3.160GB Western Digital® Caviar® RE SATAII-300 7200RPM 16Mb OEM $84.99CND
4.250GB Western Digital® Caviar® SE16 SATAII-300 7200RPM 16Mb OEM $89.99CND

I thinking of getting either #4 or #2. 4 because its cheaper, less tax, and 2 because it has that Perpendicular Recording.

Please help me decide. Thanks in advance
 
It basically the same as #2 but has 320GB. That is way too much for me and I dont want to spend an extra $25 for HDD space I will never use.

I see more people going for Seagate, I never tried them before but they do have 5 years warranty.

It most likely is my choice.

Those of you who chose WD SE16, any reasons why?
