Which Hard Drive Should I Keep?

I currently have a Maxtor 20.4GB 7200 RPM ATA33 Hard Drive installed in my system, but am looking at replacing it with a Western Digital 30.7GB 5400 RPM ATA66 HD.

I'm giving one of the drives to a friend, since he only has 5GB on his system.

My question is which drive will perform better? Which one should I keep?
 
Well, if you need more space keep the WD. If you want the fastest performer, stick with the Maxtor 7200, it will be faster than the 5400😉

I wasn't sure if the ATA66 vs. ATA33 would offset the 5400RPM vs. 7200RPM.
Actually I could use the space.

I've got WDs software to copy the data from one drive to the other, but don't know how well it works.
