Which hard Drive should I get

Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 60 20.4GB ATA/100 Hard Drive (BARE)
or
Seagate Barracuda ATA III ST320414A 20GB ATA/100 Hard Drive (BARE)
or
Western Digital 20GB Caviar 7200RPM ATA/100 Hard Drive (BARE)

I will run windows 2000 and play mostly games ie Tribes 2.

I have the Seagate you are considering and I personally love it. I hate Maxtor because I have always had problems with them. They would just up and die on many of my systems at work. Compaq (I think) has dumped them and went with the Seagate ATA III. Now, to be fair, these were Maxtors in compaq PCs. Buying Maxtors from a store may actually be a better product.

For quality I would go with Seagate, but with Maxtor, you get sooooo much space fo soooo little cost. Aside from others on here, I have never had a problem with my Maxtor drives. I own a 27.2 GB and the newest 80 GB.

I would go with the Maxtor. I have installed many Plus 60s and have had none with problems.

I was leaning towards the maxtor but was also onsidering the seagate but wanted to know what you guys thought, btw both drives were the same price.

Maxtor DiamondMax 60 is a great drive. Its very FAST. I love Maxtor, and i've had no problems with them.
