Which hard drive is better?

I'm thinking of upgrading to a new hard drive soon. (120GB). Which hard drive is better? WD Caviar Special Edition or Maxtor Diamondmax Plus 9? There are some reviews that says the Maxtor is better? Your opinion?

This should help some people who are considering upgrading to a new hard drive.
