Which Hard drive do you recommend for overall performance and quietness:

As I'm not a big fan of Samsung drives, I would have to go with the WD 3200AAKS. I have one and it is a snappy drive, wven with the high seek times.
 
For the last 10 years, I have always picked up Seagate for its reliability and warranty. After some cross checks among friends I'm hearing that the problem of Bad Sectors showing up in the HDD is relatively low in case of Seagate compared to others; with duration of usage being the same.
 
WD and seagate have served me well over the years. I don't know much about the samsung.
