Between these two which would be the better performing card?

550 watt platinum FSP PSU

(Future plans include a Z77 MOBO, and possible SLI after a higher rated PSU, but the single card will be used for at least six months).

That 660ti is a really bad purchase; a good Nvidia choice would be this 670 for only $310 AR.

Why not buy a Titan? JK, of course. The 670 is the way to go for Nvidia.
