I'm a member of the "very real vast right wing conspiracy" that tried to indict Clinton. It really helped us when he lied under oath - almost made all our scheming useless

i don't think the right wing has too many conspiracy theories (well, except maybe those black helicopter things)

but... is there really a left and right wing or is it all just an illuminati plot?

anyone can put together a nice conspiracy theory, regardles of their ideological orientation. the conspiracy
theories that matter are the ones that are acted upon, and then you can begin to measure their value by the
scope of their failure or their success.

the side with the greatest success acting on their conspiracy hunches has been the left, at least for the last
250 years or so.

if you remember the age of revolutions (1770-1870), most of the conspiracy mongerers who achieved their infamy
were very small in number but they were active, determined intellectuals who organized their ranks across decades
and continents, fomenting trouble in one locale and then jumping to another when before their ardor for universal
change could cool.
