Which graphics card should i get?

My 7950 died on me after closing down bf4 computer shut down and it never worked again with drivers. (without drivers it does work)

Which one should i get with the money i get from the rma?

Are you sure the video card is dead? Your description just SCREAMS that this is a simple software issue, and not a hardware problem. I'm guessing the video card itself is fine, and merely your AMD software drivers got bungled up?

Yeah..well it happened before too and i rma'd it again. I thought it was a software problem too so i re-installed windows and it was exactly the same so i returned it to the store and they found the problem and gave me a new one which is the one that has the same problem.

Yeah, I'd say try using 13.xx drivers and see if that solves the issue. 14.xx drivers cause a lot of problems for my 7970 and other 7 series cards I have.

But if you're getting $$$ from the RMA and are limited to the choices you provided in your link, then MSI GTX 770 @ 325 euros will be the fastest gaming card, and also the cheapest one. Alternatively, I would go with MSI 280x if you care about Mantle, if you just want the best gaming performance/$ I'd pick the GTX 770.
