Which Graphics Card (low budget)?

Sorry to bore you all with another video card thread...

I am on a tight budget and don't want to spend loads of money of a GeForce3 which will be worth the same as the GF2 in < 1 yr. For about the same money I can purchase either...

ATI Radeon 7000 32MB DDR
ABIT Siluro GeForce 2 MX400 64MB AGP

Which one should I go for????


I play a few games but 2D quality is more important.

Either THIS ONE or THIS ONE. Personally, I like the later 'cause it appears to be the faster of the two.
