Both should work fine. Get one with 1gb of GDDR5, not the DDR3 those probably have.

The 7750 is 28nm, 6670 is 40nm, so newer die for the 7750.

So get the cheapest 1 with GDDR5 memory, and if both similar in price get the 7750.

You could probably use onboard video if you have a decent CPU.

Does it make a difference ddr3 or ddr5 for hd movies..?

Not much but most cards are about the same price for 2gb of DDR3 or 1gb of GDDR5. The GDDR5 will not hold a card back in mac usage so if they are close to the same price get the GDDR5. If the DDR3 is a lot cheaper then go for that.

Is it important UVD3 or UVD?

Both 6670 and 7750 have UVD3 so that is why I said either would work fine.

I am not a brand name queen I buy which ever one is the cheapest and has the most options. So again I would base on price and GDDR5 option.

Errr. Anything tbh. If you have anything faster than a pentium 4 then graphics card doesn't really matter. Just play with VLC and sorted.

The key question here is what software are you using to play your videos? Some players make excellent use of a discrete GPU, others hardly use it at all. No point in buying a high-quality GPU if your player can't take advantage of it.
