Which good PDA's have digital cameras on them?

Specifically, I think the Dell Axim x50v does not come with a digital camera built in, but can it be modified to function as a digital camera?

What other good PDA's have digital cameras on them? Anyone know?

My Sony Clie TJ-35 has one, as well as wi-fi.

Treo 600/650 does. Quality could be better though.

My HP 6315 has one on it... it's pretty good, not a mega pixel, but with wifi, bluetooth and a phone it can't be beat.

i highly recommend to get a good pda and a seperate digital camera.

well I'm not going to rely on my pda as my main digital camera, but I want to be able to take pictures with it. Not awesome pictures, but like 1.3 megapixel pictures

I guess I mean ones that aren't phones, I'm already happy with my phone service. So an awesome PDA that also happens to have a digital camera?
