If I'm gonna try to overclock my TBird 700 on a new Epox KT133A board, how much cooling do I need? I'm thinking about the GlobalWin FOP38, so that I can up the voltage to better my chances. Is it really annoyingly loud? I mean keep in mind that there's a window a/c unit 6 feet from my desk that runs almost constantly at the highest setting. I don't think the FOP38 would bug me that much, but could somebody who has one, or tried one, clue me in to how loud this thing actually is? If I stick with a FOP32, can I reasonably expect to up and voltage and reach the same clock speed as I could with the FOP38?
