Ok ok, both are well defined non-saggy healthy boobies. The only difference is the overall size of them. The small ones are below average small. The large ones are a very proportionate large.
 
If they are both round and perfect I will take the big ones everytime but as Atomicus said, shape is important so if the large ones are saggy or not nice in general, and the small ones are then small it is. LOL.

You need to define the timespan of the relationship:

Marriage --> smaller boobs (best in long term)
Couple weeks/months of fun --> larger boobs (best for "use" options)
