Which Geforce Driver?

I have a CL Annihilator Pro DDR card and Celeron550. Using 3D Mark 2000 I benchmark substantially higher with the original CL drivers from 11/99 than with any subsequent drivers, including updated CL drivers and 5.22 and 5.32 reference drivers. The only other benchmark I've run is Viper Racing in which there is no difference among any of the drivers. If I overclock the later drivers to the max my card will handle they come close to benchmarking as well as the original drivers at factory speed, but if I overclock with the original drivers it's way ahead. Is there any reason I should use later drivers? Is the 3D Mark misleading me? Thanks.

If you want to use anti-aliasing... use the latest reference drivers

if you don't

5.13 is the fastest for intel cpu's
and 5.14 is the fastest for amd cpu's
