Which GeForce 3 to buy?

I'm looking to put a GeForce3 in a computer with an Athlon XP 1800. I'm wondering which brand to get. Are there any physcial differences I should know about between the cards (core/memory speeds)?

I'm also wanting the best value. This includes the software bundles with the cards and the extra features. I would really like tv-out, but not dvi. Any suggestions? What type of cards have you guys bought and what are your opinions of them.

I also need a sound card/speaker setup. I would appreciate any input you have on that as well.
 
Gainward GeForce3.
It has the best 2d quality (according to a comparison to other GeForce3s a while ago here on Anandtech), and is very cheap. Try NewEgg.com
 
i dont like my gainward that much...i think i would go with an elsa ti500 when they come out...should be called the elsa gladiac 921 i think...i had an elsa gf3 and built a system for someone with it....i thought the 2D was as good as this gainward plus the elsa overclocked better
