Which games support SMP? And how to activate?

I know that Quake3 supports SMP, but does this include games made on the engine (RTCW, MOH:AA etc)?

Also, for these games and others that support SMP, how do I enable it?

Programs that are designed to be SMP friendly (e.g. utilize multiple schedulable threads concurrently) should work without changes. The OS simply schedules the threads on different CPU's instead of switching between the timeslicing on one.
