Which game to get? Planetside or SW: Galaxies

I've been looking at these two games and could get both if I wanted to but I don't feel like paying two montly fees. I like the idea for Planetside but at the same time I am a big Star Wars fan. Right now I am leaning towards getting Planetside. I would get SW but I heard that you cannot become a stormtrooper, is that true?

What are some of your opinions?
 

I saw some so-so reviews on SWG over at shacknews (good spot for user reviews btw.)

I'll vote for planetside. I'm enjoying the crap out of it.
 
I would have gotten SWG but I heard you can't become a Stormtrooper. Don't ask why but I would love to play as one in Galaxies.

its a fun game, ive been palying it and u might not get ordered around as a storm trooper but if u want u can be one on your own
