I'm thinking either bananas or apples.

Would imagine you'd need something with a higher water content. A melon of some type. Watermelon, or cantelope, I'd prefer cantelope personally.

All fruit is mostly water... so if you have an unlimited supply of said fruit, it wouldn't matter.

I vote Avacado. It has protein, carbs and fat in it.

I wouldn't survive very long on avocados, because they're gross.
