Which for OC: Crucial 256 or 512 (PC2100)

I've run my 512 MB module at 150 FSB (300 MHz effective) memoty timings were normal - 2-3-6. The chips are Infineon on the 512 modules, BTW.

edit: Sandra reports my timings as 2-3-3 so I guess it's not measuring the same thing as the BIOS, dunno which is correct.
 
The highest I could get my 512 (Infineon chips) up to was 305MHz.

I got some Kingmax PC2700 to play with instead. I've only gone as high as 340Mhz so far but it does this with no problems. My timings are 2-2-5.
