which flagship video card has the most memory bandwidth ??

and do you think any one model uses it's mem bandwidth more efficiently ?

The question there is 'for what'? If you take the most simplistic approach then the R350 core boards compete quite well with the NV35 boards despite having a decent bandwidth disadvantage so on that level you would say that the R350 boards have an edge.

If you need fat bandwidth, just wait for NV40. If they do in fact use GDDR3 memory clocked at 1.6 Ghz (which Samsung is already mass producing) then theoretically it could have 50.xx GB of memory bandwidth.

But I doubt it will. Nvidia, because of faster RAM clockspeeds, will probably always have more memory bandwidth...for the forseeable future right now.
