Which file system should I use Mac OS Extended or UNIX

I just got an iMacII. LOVE IT. But I want to re-install just OS X, and not all the other crap it came with. So I'm doing "clean Install" and It's asking me which file system I want and have no clue which I should use??!?

Basically this comp will be used for web-browsing, getting songs into my ipod, some kids software, word, and networked to my PC's...
