Which fan to get

Building a C2D rig that I plan on OCing to about 3.2Ghz and was curious about fan selection. The Panaflo ones are considered the best but should I get an ultra quiet one or one of the higher speeds and use a controller to bring it down. Prices appear to favor the higher speed fans and I already have a controller. Do the panaflos respond well to controllers? Thanks.
 
I picked up some Yate Loons from xoxoide.com for $6-7 a pop. 120mm and claim to be pretty quiet and push a decent amount of CFM. I am putting this all in my new rig next week. Ill keep ya updated.
