Which fan to get for coppermine 800?

I have a p3 800, I want to know if theres a better fan than the Globalwin VOS32(26cfm)? And should I get regular type 44 thermal compound or the artic silver compound? Is the artic silver really better cuz it cost more than the regular? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The alpha pal6035 is a nice heat sink. And it comes with farly good thermal paste.

If your talking about the VOS heatsink, you must have a slot 1 CPU. I wouldn't worry about the air movement (26 CFM). Whats more important is the thermal efficiency of the heatsink/cooler. The VOS is rated at .353 c/w. based on the 26 CFM fans. The Alpha 3125 w/two fans runs at .325 c/w (lower is better) and 28 cfm.

VOS cost is about $29.00 to $30.00 b4 shipping. Alpha is about $40.00 to 44.00 (you decide).

Yep my cpu is slot 1. I think I'll go with the globalwin vos32 cuz its cheaper. If I could o/c the 800/100fsb to 124mhz fsb, thats enough for me.
