Which fan for undervolting: Gentle Typhoon, Panaflo M1, or San Ace 120?

I recently purchased a Lian Li PC-A05 in black and I'm looking for two high-quality 120mm fans to go with it. I already have one 1850 RPM Scythe Gentle Typhoon that I plan to use as the exhaust fan (the fan in the front of the case). I'll be undervolting it to around 900-1000 RPM @ ~6V.

The front of the Lian Li case cannot fit a 38mm thick fan, but since it is possible to use a 38mm thick fan as the rear intake, I was thinking of either getting one of the following:

120x25mm Scytle Gentle Typhoon 1850 RPM
120x38mm San Ace 120 2600 RPM (http://www.svc.com/9g1212h1011.html)
120x38mm Panaflo M1 2000RPM (http://www.svc.com/fba12g12m1j.html)

Which one would give the best noise:airflow ratio when undervolted to run at 900-1000 RPM?
