Im looking at picking up a sp-94, but also need a fan
Im considering the 92mm panaflo, but its borderline on whether its going to fit in my case.. if it does fit, I think it will be butted up against the psu.

my current processor fan is 2 3/4 inches.. and I have just over 3/4 inches between it and the psu.. so it would be pretty tight to get the 92mm fan in there..

Im considering:
Vantec Stealth 27 cfm 21 dB/A 3 pin
Sunon 39 cfm 32 dBa 3 pin fan
Panaflo 80H1BX 39.6 cfm 32 dB 3 pin RPM sensing fan
Panaflo 92mm high-speed 3 pin 56cfm 35 dBa
Sunon 92mm 3 pin 49.5cfm 34.5 dBa

it doesnt have to be super quiet.. cooling factor is one of the top priority.. although I dont want anything that is going to be disturbingly loud.

Im considering playing it safe with the panaflo 80mm

any other recommendations?

I use a Zalman 92mm "quiet" fan from SVC. it comes with an optional attachment to reduce the fan speed to silent. I left the attachment off and it is great, quieter than my big 120mm casefans and cools well

If you're worried about it butting up against the PSU...I take it the heatpipes are already very close? In that case...try a Panaflo M or H 80mm (or Aerocool).
The Vantec stealths aren't that quiet, and if quiet isn't your thing, a decent (35-45CFM) fan will work, and most that aren't really powerful can be undervolted later if you want quiet.

actually.. i didnt think it through all that well

i was figuring my current fan = 2 3/4 inch.. plus just over 3/4 inch spare between that and the psu.. which gives me about the 2.6 inches needed for the 92mm

but i didnt account for the fact that I only needed half the space on one side, because half would be on the other..

so there should be room for the 92mm, with at least 1/4 to spare ;)

I have a Mechatronics 80mm on mine (53cfm , 39 dba). $7.95 from Coolerguys.com. I've been thinking
about getting a 92mm Panaflo u1a (66cfm, 40dba), but the only place I found them was a couple of
Canadien sites @ $23.00 or so each.
