Which ethnic group are you most comfortable with and why? I'm gonna limit it to white brown black & yellow for simplicity. For example, brown, i'll say that im most comfortable with a black person. why because we have similiar tastes in fashion and music. Mind you, i just wrote that as an example.

What about you?

I once saw a sig that said:
"I dont hate you because you're XX ethnic group. I hate you because you think I hate XX ethnic group."

So in other words, my own. White. Except for the white people that feel guilty for being white over 100 years after slavery ended. I dont feel comfortable around them either.

Indians. They seem the most laid back and friendly, and when they're pissed off they're more likely to give you a tongue lashing than a beating.

yeah i like indian people too.

Dude, this question sucks. You are limiting it by lame skin color names and now half of the choices are eliminated because I'm half indian and half caucasian. The only colors left are black, and yellow. Assuming brown is indian. Which is quite an assumption.

yes, the OP is promoting racism with this type of thinking

I'm comfortable around most people in general. For some reason though, I'm not comfortable around a lot of african american people. No reason that I can think of except that a lot of them I've been around have the typical "thug" attitude or ebonics language

I think I'll be the first in the history of this message board to say: I'm not racist, and I don't have any black friends.

I'm comfortable with all.

Went to school with about 1% orientals and everyone else were basically white. Went to Uni and had a lot of friends from different backgrounds. My CS mates were orientals and muslims. Hall mates were mainly white and a few oriental girls. Indian and a few black mates also.

Makes no difference to me.

BUT I did notice my muslim mates had a slant against the USA though so I kept out of talks of politics and religion with them 😛.

A lot of the orientals who had only been in the country for a few years or just came over did hang amongst themselves though. They were shy about their English, even though it was pretty good imo. Much better then my foreign language 😛

I love african blacks, humble good people... I also love african americans, but too many have a thuggish attitude. Not trying to stereotype, but there are enough thugs to knock the entire group out of first place

But seriously, It's a tight race, because I love hispanics almost as much... I just can't speak spanish yet so until then they are bringing up third.

I don't get to hang with too many asians, or indians. But I friggen loved Harold and Kumar, so from that I can already tell I would like the two.

I got to know a persion family really well last year, they were way kind and very generous.

funny thing is, I think whites are the hardest to get along with because of how prideful most are. btw I'm white

I think I have to pick a mix of different people
...I have many friends of all races, but I have never felt comfortable in a homogenous group of people...even of my own racial identity.
It would be weird for me to hang just with "whites" or "blacks" or "asians" or "arabs" or "indians", but I feel absolutely comfortable with a mix of them all
