Which email client let you add "gif" as signature.

I've received several emails lately where the sender used a animatied gif as a signature the animation is located at a remote server. Anyone nkows what email client software allows you to do it.

Its not a flame per say. HTMLized emails add unnecessary complexity and possible security implications.
