I have a Ibm P275 monitior with a VGA out and a DVI-A output, When running in sli my screen has the jitters and it was suggested that I try the DVI connection to see if the problem goes away, Some people have said that this works.

Would a DVI-I cable work for this or do I need a DVI-A cable, from what I read DVI-I supports analog and digitial so there shouldnt be a problem?

DVI-A Cable

Oh cool. I hadn't seen one before.

Seems to me that it would be a better idea to get a DVI-I cable than DVI-A so that later on down the road you could use the same cable with a digital display.

Pretty much what I was thinking.. Only difference between the DVI-A and the DVI-I is the DVI-I has a few more pins to support the digital signal, otherwise the pin layout is the same.

Thanks
