Which dvd player can play all formats?

You didn't mention what formats. Are you talking about DVD+R type or Dolby vision type of format? Here's a few that get good reviews - Panasonic DP-UB9000 (dmp-ub700) , Sony UBP-X800 (X700)
 
Which kinds of formats do you mean? Most of DVD players on the markets support DVD Video, CD, MP3 CD, WMV, DivX, SVCD, and JPEG. If you want play more formats, Sony DVPSR210P, DVPSR510H, Panasonic S700EP-K, Jinhoo DVD Player are all nice options. If you're talking about digital formats, you may need DVD players for windows 10, like VLC, MPC-HC, 5KPlayer and more.
