The bundled roxio that came with my Dell E521 has trouble burning DL dvd'd. Sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes it dosen't don't. It burns anywhere from a few Mb's to nearly everthing. It's cost me abit in discs.

I've got a TSST corp DVD +-RW TS-H553A.

Runnng Vista home premium 32bit. About to install over XP.

I don't need to do anything fancy [like convert avi's to DVD's that'll play in normal DVD players]. I just need to drag and drop files and burn. It needs to let me add large files, 6gb and larger [damn MagicISO and its limits].

Any preferences? Will there be something bundled with Vista that will be work?

Feature wise? Not by a long shot.

If you just need ISO creation / burning with basic CD and DvD creation capabilities, then yes, it is VERY lean and light on system resources, plus it is free.

Try it;)

I have been using Nero Burning ROM and love it but I know it is bloated right now and very expensive right now I am lucky it comes with dvd drive. Anyway I have been using it to make video dvd and worked flawlessly. Often I use Adobe Encore for dvd creatives.
