which dv capture card should i buy??

I am seeking for the best card which will give me "good" quality

ot should i buy a simmple "firewire port" card

A simple firewire card will probably give you the best quality.
I am using a Belkin firewire card with Videowave 4 software and the image
quality is very good. The firewire card will also allow you to control
your camera from the computer. So you will be able to fast forward etc.
from the controls on the screen.
