I'm planning on ordering one today but didn't know if there's any benefit to getting a 600 vs 650 vs 700 mhz. Can I actually go higher if I start out higher? I hear people getting 950 out of a 600, is this reasonable or is 950 pushing my luck. I plan on going w/ the Abit KT7 mobo.

Thanks,
Ken

There seems to be a limit. LIke you can get a 600 to 900, 650 to 900 something and maybe 700 to a gig. So probably 50% regardless, but the 600's are probably just as good as the 700's knowing how decent AMD has been lately with their yields.

My 600 does 968 with generic fan, but the temp is a bit too high for my taste.

Probably the 600 it`s also the cheapest so should give you the best value for money overclocking wise.
