Which duron is better? the 700 or the 600

I want to get a duron 600 or a 700, but I can't figure out if I should go for the 600@900 or the 700@900. I don't really think that I need to go for 950, but I know that the 600 won't do that easily. I want to cool it with a GLOBALWIN FOP32.
Any help will be appreciated...

Acording to the CPU database on overclockers.com, the 700 would get you perhaps an extra 50-100MHz. Of course a 600@800 is really fast enpugh for almost anyone's needs. (Key word here is NEED).
